You’ve probably watched a football game at some point in your life. Well, if it was a FIFA World CupTM match, it was likely filmed and produced by the HBS team. HBS is involved in the production of many events across the globe, most notably the FIFA World CupTM 2026, Rugby World Cup 2027 and the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027TM.
Purpose
At HBS, our IT infrastructure isn’t just about computers and networks – it’s what enables the magic that brings world-class sporting events to millions of viewers worldwide.
We’re seeking a dynamic IT Infrastructure & Support Manager to join our team at a crucial time. You’ll orchestrate our corporate IT operations while having the opportunity to contribute to major sporting events that will captivate global audiences. By leading a dedicated support team, you’ll ensure our technological backbone remains robust and responsive to evolving broadcast demands.
The IT Service at HBS consists of the following:
- A Projects branch: FIFA projects, IT security policies, FIFA World CupTM tools, hardware
- A SharePoint 365 branch: Covering all Microsoft functionalities, which includes infrastructure, support and HelpDesk
Your future position involves managing Infrastructure and Support / User Management.
Main Activities / Responsibilities (Primary Role of the Job)
Corporate Leadership
- Drive excellence in our IT services ecosystem, managing everything from network to security systems
- Lead and mentor a support team, fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving
- Oversee our user support system via Zendesk, ensuring quick resolution of level 1 and 2 issues
- Manage hardware lifecycles and maintain accurate technical inventory
Broadcast Sports Projects
- Collaborate on European events, working alongside our IT Projects Manager
- Shape and implement IT procedures that keep our operations smooth
- Drive Microsoft 365 innovation, making strategic decisions on workstation management and security features
- Contribute to special projects, including possible participation in events like the FIFA World CupTM 2026, 2025 Women’s Rugby World Cup, World Athletics and more
Position Relevant Skills (Education / Work Experience / IT)
Technical Expertise
- You speak professional English, as some team members are non-French speakers
- Four-six years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and user support
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly in Autopilot and Intune management
- Strong foundation in hardware support (Dell/HP laptops, Windows 10/11)
- Mastery of network infrastructure (Cisco Meraki, HP servers)
- Knowledge of Azure virtual machines and network topology
- Experience in PowerShell scripting and process automation is a plus
