You have probably watched a football game at some point in your life. Well, if it was a FIFA World CupTM match, it was likely filmed and produced by the HBS (Host Broadcast Services) team. We are involved in the production of many events across the globe, most notably the FIFA World Cup 26TM, Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027 Australia and the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027TM.

Purpose

As sports bring people together across the globe, our Internal Communications team ensures HBS’s global workforce stays connected, engaged, and aligned. We are the storytellers behind the scenes, creating meaningful connections among our talented teams spread across different continents. Working at the intersection of corporate culture, employee engagement, and digital communication, you will help craft and deliver impactful internal narratives that resonate with our diverse workforce.

Main Activities / Responsibilities (Primary Role of the Job)

Culture & Employee Experience

  • Lead engaging onboarding experiences for newcomers, including welcome sessions, office tours, and crafting introduction stories
  • Orchestrate company-wide staff meetings and coordinate vibrant team- building events
  • Design and implement sustainability challenges that align with our corporate values

Content Creation & Digital Communication

  • Craft compelling monthly newsletters that keep our global teams informed and connected
  • Manage and create engaging content for our internal communication platforms
  • Play a key role in launching and maintaining our new Internal Communications platform in 2025
  • Collaborate with developers to optimise platform functionality and user experience

Event Management & Coordination

  • Plan and execute internal events, from department presentations to team celebrations
  • Coordinate with global office representatives to ensure consistent communication
  • Manage internal communications budget and vendor relationships

Position Relevant Skills (Education / Work Experience / IT)

Essential Skills

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • Experience with digital content creation and basic graphic design tools Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Public speaking confidence and presentation skills

Personal Qualities

  • Natural relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset with ability to think outside the box
  • Adaptable team player comfortable in an international environment
  • Professional maturity and high level of discretion
